These terms govern the Metawise bookshop at metawise.store, operated by MetaWise Entreprise LLC(“we”, “us”). Metawise is a trade name of MetaWise Entreprise LLC. By browsing or placing an order you agree to these terms.

The books

We sell physical printed editions. Descriptions, page counts, and prices on the site are the offer. A contract is formed when we accept your order and payment is confirmed. We may decline an order if a title is unavailable or the details cannot be verified.

Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store your full card number. Until the shop opens for paid orders, the checkout on this site is a preview and does not charge a card.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered in the shipping and delivery policy. Returns are covered in the returns and refunds policy.

Your use of the site

You may use the shop for personal orders. You may not copy the site, misuse the checkout, or interfere with the service. The text of the books is protected. Buying a copy does not transfer the copyright.

Liability

The books are practical guides, not legal, financial, or security advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of the State of Florida, United States.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
