Data Deletion

Metawise is operated by MetaWise Entreprise LLC. This shop sells printed books. It does not keep a separate app account. You can still ask us to delete the personal information we hold from an order or a message.
That request is free. We answer it within 30 days, including where the GDPR right to erasure or the California right to delete applies. We may retain the narrow record tax or accounting law still requires, and we will tell you if we do.
How to ask
Email privacy@metawise.store from the address you used on the order. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include:
- The email address on the order.
- Your name, and the titles you bought, if you have them.
- Whether the request is for an order, a contact message, or both.
What we delete
- The shipping name, address, and email tied to the order, once any required invoice record is reduced.
- Contact messages you sent us.
- The bag stored in your own browser, which you can clear yourself at any time.
