Returns & refunds

MetaWise Entreprise LLC accepts a return of an unread Metawise edition within 30 days of delivery. Write to us first so we can send a label.
What can come back
- An unread book, in the condition it arrived, within 30 days.
- A gift set, if the books are unread and the cards are unused.
What we keep
- A book that has been written in. The Account Book is final once the ruled pages are used.
- A copy returned after 30 days, unless it arrived damaged.
Damage and the wrong title
If a book arrives damaged or is not the edition you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it, including the delivery charge.
How a refund is paid
Approved refunds go back to the original card. They are issued within 10 business days of the return reaching us. Your bank may take additional days to show the credit.
